One of my teachers didn't come through on a recommendation letter. Anticipating one of them failing to deliver, I asked FOUR teachers instead of three so I'd have three letters to send off. The ones that I did get are amazing, and I'm lucky I have teachers who like me so much, heh.
My mom ended up paying $39 to FedEx my packet to Madrid. It is GUARANTEED to get there on Wednesday, which is great because then they'll make a decision and I'll know that much sooner. I e-mailed the woman who will be my admissions counselor, letting her know that it would be arriving. I'm hoping she'll send me both an e-mail and a letter letting me know their final decision. The awesome thing is about three days after getting my packet, they'll have made a decision. I'm crossing my fingers to find out next week.
All of my friends are jealous. It's funny because this is not what I expected the college admissions process to be like. But then again I never expected to want to go to school in Spain.
I'll be holding my breath until I find out!
